 Kubo dining area

Our ladies group met at Kubo for lunch on a weekday. There were only a few patrons which surprised us because of the atmosphere of a fine dining place in Nashville or Chatt. The waiter was the same person who sat us.

The menu is very limited but it's full of very unusual options you would never get a chance to try around here otherwise. The portions are huge, maybe too big, but you won't go hungry.

We ordered a mixed drink but they were all terrible. Even my friend's basic margarita was bad. The bartender was also the host and the waiter.

Every morsel of food was delicious, from the bison to the poke bowls. We swapped alcohol for their yummy bubble tea and saved the day.

We were told there was an outside area to dine in, which would have been wonderful, but not at this location.

The waiter said there would be music later in the day. We would have stayed for that if possible. It's a very good restaurant, especially for the low-class area of Coffee County that it's in.

The only suggestion would be to have more staff and a genuine bartender.
